TRAVEL FEE

Areas outside Calgary over an hour away such as Banff, Canmore, Lethbridge, and Beyond will require an additional cost of travel fee + accommodation for the night of the event.

The travel fee will depend on the round trip distance (km) and gas price per litre.

I am open to travelling beyond Alberta, A custom quote will be provided.

For local clients: Delivery is free within Calgary.

For non-local clients: Shipping costs will vary depending on the destination. For U.S. locations, customs fees may apply in addition to shipping and packaging costs.

SECURE YOUR DATE

Inquire and connect with the Artist.

Choose your canvas and intimate moment.

25% retainer and signed contract required.

After the retainer payment is made and the contract is signed, the Client's booking is secured on the Artist’s calendar.

BEFORE YOUR DAY

Meeting: One month before to discuss the scene to be painted and event details.

The remaining balance is due two weeks before the wedding.

ON YOUR DAY

Artist arrives 2 hours before the event to set up.

Reference photos/videos of the chosen moment will be taken.

The live painting session will span 6-8 hours, transforming throughout the event and offering engaging entertainment for the guests as they witness it come to life.

The painting is unveiled by the end of the evening.

AFTER YOUR DAY

The painting will remain wet to the touch due to the use of high-quality oil paints. The artist will take the painting back to the studio to refine the details and apply final touch-ups.

A protective varnish will be added to preserve the artwork, and it will be prepared for hanging. The estimated completion time is 10-15 weeks, depending on the artist's schedule.

Free delivery is offered for local clients, while shipping costs will apply for non-local deliveries.
